Western Photo Mount's primary shipping method for orders whose quantities do not require shipment by pallet is UPS Ground. Upon request and at the customer's expense, Western Photo Mount will send an order express. An order received prior to 3:00 PM PST will be shipped the same day. A $3.50 USD shipping and handling fee is applied to all cartons not shipped on a pallet. All shipping and handling charges are added to a customer's invoice. Orders that are sent UPS are automatically insured up to $100.00 USD. Customers have the option of obtaining additional insurance, for a nominal fee from the carrier. If an email address is provided with the order, the UPS shipping system will automatically email customers with the shipment tracking number. With this number, a customer may track the status of their shipment in the UPS website. If no email address is provided with the order, please contact Western Photo Mount directly to obtain the order tracking number and a status of your order.
Western Photo Mount reserves the option of shipping an order COD for a Cashier's Check or Money Order. Use of this option depends upon the size of the order or a customer's past payment history. This option is reluctantly used, since UPS charges the customer an $8.50 USD fee in addition to the regular shipping and handling fees.
Other shipping methods are available upon request. Western Photo Mount will occasionally ship using the US Postal Service (USPS) for orders being sent outside the US or to reduce shipping costs for our customer. Western Photo Mount strives to reduce costs to customers whenever possible. The USPS will notify a customer with a tracking number if an email address was provided with the order. Orders may be tracked and additional information may be found on the US Postal website. If no email address is provided with the order, please contact Western Photo Mount directly to obtain the order tracking number and a status of your order.
For larger orders that require shipment on pallets, Western Photo Mount frequently contacts Freight Quote to obtain the fastest shipping methods for the lowest cost possible to the customer.
