Thank you for your interest in the products of Western Photo Mount. To ensure that your order is processed correctly, we require the following information:
An order may be submitted either by mail, phone, fax, e-mail, or by the website Order Request Form. Once an order is submitted, one of our friendly Sales Associates will contact you to verify your order and information. The minimum requirement for an order is 100 pieces combined. Posters are sold in sets of 10 or 25.
All stock orders received prior to 3:00 PM PST will be shipped same day. Customers may choose to rush an order with an additional minimal charge. Western Photo Mount's standard shipping method is UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Other shipping methods are available upon request. A $3.50 USD shipping and handling fee is applied to all cartons not shipped on a pallet. A $10.00 USD fee is charged per pallet for those orders that exceed the UPS weight and size requirement. All pallets are shipped via a common carrier. All shipping and han- dling charges are added to a customer's invoice. For pallet shipments via carrier going to Hawaii, the shipping charge is billed carrier collect. UPS charges $8.50 USD in addition to regular shipping and handling fees for all orders shipped COD. Orders that are sent UPS are automatically insured up to the first $100 USD. A customer has the option of obtaining additional insurance, for a nominal fee from the carrier. If an e-mail address was provided, our UPS shipping system automatically e-mails customers with a shipment tracking number. With this tracking number, a customer may track the status of their shipment on the UPS website, www.ups.com.
Western Photo Mount accepts:
Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. An order that is secured by a credit card will not be shipped until the credit card has been approved. Customers may apply for an Open Account Credit by completing the Credit Application Form. When Western Photo Mount approves the submitted Credit Application form, a credit line is established based upon the amount of your yearly purchase. Western Photo Mount's standard credit terms are net 30 days.
Western Photo Mount reserves the option of shipping an order COD for a Cashier's Check or Money Order. Use of this option depends on the size of the order or a customer's past payment history. This option is reluctantly used, since the customer is charged by UPS a fee of $8.50 USD in addition to regular shipping and handling fees.
Customers should immediately inspect their shipment upon receipt. If an item is damaged, then the carrier should be contacted immediately. Without a carrier's inspection report, Western Photo Mount cannot compen- sate you for the damaged goods. All shipments are automatically insured up to the first $100 USD. A customer may request additional insurance for a nominal fee from the carrier that is added to the shipping and handling charges of the order.
To receive a credit for a returned item, all returns must clearly display a Return Authorization Number (RAN) that has been issued by Western Photo Mount. Returns must be in a sellable condition. Custom and stamping orders cannot be returned. Stock items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be charged and all freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the merchandise.
No matter what type of customization a customer requires whether it is Custom Foil Stamping, Custom Four- Color Printing, and/or a special assembly process, the cost and the amount of time required to complete depends on the complexity of the request. One of our experienced Associates will work with you and manage your request until its completion. Submit your order request and artwork by Contacting Us. Upon written approval via e-mail or fax of the final art proof, a customer will be required to submit a credit card number or a check for 50% of the total order. Work will not proceed until this partial payment is received. There are no returns or refunds on custom orders.
